What we store

Account emails and password hashes; the company branding and employee details (names, titles, emails, phone numbers, social links, photos, logos) that administrators enter in order to generate email signatures. That is the product — we store it so signatures can be served.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our servers; uploaded images are stored with Cloudflare R2 and served from cdn.sigwell.net. Transactional email (signature links, password resets) is delivered via Resend.

What we don't do

No advertising, no sale of data, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Signature pages record only a “last viewed” timestamp so administrators can see rollout progress — no visitor identity, IP logging, or cookies on those pages.

Your choices

Company administrators can edit or delete employee records at any time; deleting a company removes its data and disables its signature links. For account deletion or any privacy question, contact [email protected].
