The service

Sigwell generates and hosts company email signatures: administrators enter company branding and employee details, and each employee receives a personal link to copy their signature. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to upload the content you provide (logos, photos, employee information) and consent from the people whose details you enter. Uploads are limited to signature imagery — using the service to host unrelated, deceptive, or unlawful content is prohibited and grounds for immediate account removal.

Signature links

Employee signature links are unguessable but not authenticated — anyone with a link can view that signature. Treat them like the contact information they contain. Deleting an employee or company permanently disables the corresponding links.

Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
